Loanz is here to guide you. We help forward your loan application and the required documentation to the bank. Typically, you want to get in-principal approval (IPA) from the chosen bank before you commit on buying a new property. Once you have finalized the new property or are ready to refinance your existing loan, we will notify the bank to initiate the necessary paperwork. We can help to connect you with a lawyer who will handle the necessary legal paperwork required. The loan disbursement is directly from the bank to you and your lawyer; Loanz plays no part in that.
